About Cahaya Fortuna Group

Cahaya Fortuna Group first started as PT. Cahaya Fortuna Indo (1996) and CV. Cahaya Fortuna Indah (2002), that were established in Tanjung Balai Karimun as local invested company incorporated in Riau Island, Indonesia. Our companies act as sub-contractor in marine sector both off-shore and on-shore work with more than 500 skill manpower.

We first started our project in Tanjung Balai Karimun as sub contractor of PT. Karimun Sembawang Shipyard (a colaboration company between Indonesia and Singapore). To further our business operation, we expand our company to Batam the following year and made it our headquarter office. And in the year 2006 we expand another branch office located in Tanjung Pinang at Bintan Shipbuilding and Engineering Pte. Ltd. (off-shore Foreign Investor Company).

Our business operation include Hull Construction, Repairing and Installation all range of Air-Condition Ducting and Piping, Carpenter / Accommodation System, Tank Cleaning, Hydro Jetting Service, Repair of Fiber Glass Life Boats as well as Thermal Insulation (off-shore and marine).

Until now, our companies have done standard deck cargo barges, self-propelled coal barges, LCTs, self discharge coal barges, tugs and container vessel.
